Kay Park
As Associate Director of Change Delivery at TPO it is my role to lead our IT, Project, and Development teams.
With the support of my teams, we are responsible for strategizing with department leads & SMEs, designing & developing digital processes and software, through to Implementation.
Collaborating closely, we strive to optimise processes, find efficiencies and improve frameworks all with scalability, without compromising service standards.
I live just outside of Leeds with my wife and daughter.
We love travelling and endeavour to see more of the world.
What drives me?
I have worked in financial services for over 16 years with many of them at TPO. Starting out in client administration and advisory supporting roles I have always remained client-centric in everything I do.
I am passionate about driving TPO to being one of the best client service led financial planning firms in the country. My part to play in this is to encourage, mentor and develop my teams’ ability to further utilise the best software solutions, ensuring we are market leading with our financial technology solutions.
I’ve recently received ‘Highly commended’ recognition from the Women in Financial Awards 2022 for the category of Fintech, something which I am extremely proud of.
