I have been working in the Financial Services profession for 25 years+ and pride myself on keeping clients informed at all stages of their journey.
In my role as Client Delivery Team Leader, I support advisers with all aspects of administration and being the first point of contact for any client query. In addition, I also train and mentor new members of the Client Delivery team.
I work collaboratively across all departments to support the advisory team and ensure we deliver a first-class service
I enjoy being part of a team that is client focussed, delivering the type of quality service I would want to receive personally if I was in need of advice.
What drives me?
I love chatting to clients and finding out about their lives.
Clients are at the heart of everything we do and knowing I’ve played a part in them attaining their financial goals is all the job satisfaction I need.
I am married to Leigh; we have 2 teenage boys that enjoy all things sport so most weekends you’ll see me at the side lines spurring them on or our beloved Leeds United. I also enjoy long walks with my 2 dogs, Riley and Rocket.
