Specialist Paraplanner Leeds/London/Bath

Each Pod will have a Paraplanner Specialist and a Client Services Associate (CSA) Specialist. The responsibilities for the Specialist Paraplanner/CSA roles are the same, unless stated.

As a Specialist, you will be the most experienced, productive, and highly skilled technicians in your role. You will be a role model and mentor for team members, a go to person and a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

You will also be required to undertake client work in line with the duties and responsibilities of a Paraplanner/CSA. Please see the Paraplanner and CSA role profiles for details of the day-to-day responsibilities, knowledge, skills, and experience required for the role.

Marketing Graduate Leeds To support TPO’s digital marketing strategy to achieve agreed business objectives to acquire new clients.
To ensure effective marketing communication and engagement to support existing client retention.

To keep up-to-date with new digital marketing techniques in order to contribute to the long-term development of our marketing strategy and its execution.
Project Assistant Leeds To provide support to the Programme and Project Manager to drive the delivery and implementation of new initiatives and operational change requirements to improve the performance of the business.
Business Admin Apprentice Leeds To provide full administrative support to the Client Delivery department and in turn deliver a professional, compliant and effective client service with a high focus on quality and accuracy whilst completing a Level 3 - Business Admin Apprenticeship.


Leeds/London/Bath As a Paraplanner you will be working as part of a productive, high performing team to provide full support to the Advisers and Financial Planning Executives. Your role will be to offer the most efficient, professional and effective client service possible with a high focus on quality and accuracy.
Central Services Administrator – Trading Leeds To provide full administrative support to the Trading Team as well as additional support services covering Issues Reporting, Quality Assurance, Model Portfolio Maintenance, and in turn deliver a professional, compliant, and effective service with a high focus on quality and accuracy.
