Our Operations team is vital to the day-to-day running of our advisory service, providing an individual contact point for clients in addition to their adviser, the production of financial reports and valuations, alongside the data protection and smooth-running of our database and IT functions.

Business Change Analyst | Leeds | To play a vital role within the Change Delivery Department, working closely with our projects, development, IT and innovation teams to optimise systems, technology and integrations with 3rd parties. You will have a lot of focus on refining requirements from various stakeholders around the business to optimise system improvements, this will include system upgrades, process improvement and data integrity. |

Financial Planning Assistant | Leeds/London/Bath | As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will be working as part of a productive, high performing team to provide support primarily to Advisers and Managers to deliver positive client outcomes. The role involves providing a range of support to the Advice team, including pre and post meeting work as well as attending client meetings to help with note taking and preparing and follow up communication and actions. |
Finance Manager – Credit & Treasury | Leeds | Due to business growth and expansion of the Finance department, a role has arisen for an experienced manager to take responsibility of our credit control and treasury areas. This will primarily involve setting up new processes with our banking partners and working cross-departmentally to build and run an effective credit management team. This team will be responsible for income, invoicing, debtors, statements and treasury management. |
