Our Advisers are the face of TPO and it’s their job to create and implement bespoke planning solutions to our clients, deliver the TPO service and understand the regulatory environment in which they operate.


The Finance team provide a number of support functions to our daily operations, including expenses and commissions processing, reporting on debtors, invoicing, analysing and maintaining business cashflow forecasting and payroll. The roles within our Finance team include:

Front of House

Our Front of House team is the first face you see when you walk through the door. Their responsibilities include maintaining our properties and facilities, ensuring our office is compliant with Health & Safety standards and greeting clients and third parties. Our people are at the core of our firm and our HR team is their support. The team is responsible for all aspects of recruitment, our employee handbook, leave and sickness, alongside training and development.


Our marketing team is responsible for business development, PR, managing our online and print brand, advertising, sponsorship, and supporting all aspects of client communication.


Our Operations team is vital to the day-to-day running of our advisory service, providing an individual contact point for clients in addition to their adviser, the production of financial reports and valuations, alongside the data protection and smooth-running of our database and IT functions. The roles within our Operations team include:

Our Research team provides independent research on all areas of investment. Their responsibilities include reviewing internal communications where advanced technical knowledge is required. The roles within our Research team include:

This team is responsible for ensuring the firm is fully compliant with prevailing regulations and legal requirements. Accountabilities include governances, systems, controls, risk management, complaints handling, supervision of approved persons, anti-money laundering and how we continue to embed the 'treating customers fairly' framework. Reporting to the Risk & Regulatory Director, roles within the team include:
