Cathy is a Partner in LCF Laws’ Corporate Department with over 20 years experience advising private companies and their owner managers. Her corporate experience has covered a full range of advice to all sizes of business from start-ups to established businesses including sales, purchases, mergers; preparation of shareholder and partnership agreements; group reorganisations; put and call option agreements; share buy backs; growth share and EMI schemes; family investment companies and sales to Employee Ownership Trusts.
Alex has worked in financial services since graduating from Exeter University with an honours degree in Economics in 2008 and he joined The Private Office (TPO) through an acquisition in 2019. He has experience across the full range of financial planning services, with a particular focus on pensions. Alex is a Chartered Financial Planner, a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and he has recently been quoted in The Times, The Telegraph, Moneywise, Bloomberg Wealth and The Mail on Sunday. Alex also recently qualified for Vouched For’s 2021 ‘Guide To Top Rated Financial Advisers’, which was distributed in The Times in April.
