Abigail Banks and Matthew Cole named PAM NextGen Leaders 2026

Congratulations to Abigail Banks and Matthew Cole on being named in the PAM NextGen Leaders 2026 list.

The annual list recognises the rising stars shaping the future of the private wealth industry and both Abigail and Matthew were recognised for their exceptional progression, leadership and impact. 

Abigail was highlighted for becoming The Private Office's youngest female Partner, overseeing more than £100 million of client assets and for her commitment to improving female representation within the profession through mentoring and networking initiatives.

Matthew was recognised for his technical expertise, proactive leadership and specialist work advising clients in the music and entertainment sectors. He was also commended for his dedication to supporting and mentoring the next generation of financial advisers.
