My initial pension assessment was really positive, friendly and easy to talk through, but still informative. Everything was explained at the right level of detail, and all my early questions were answered clearly without it feeling overwhelming. I also appreciated the practical observations and the useful next-step points, which made it feel a beneficial chat.

As a first meeting, I found Chris to be very knowledgeable and a very clear communicator. Obviously a person with experience and, more importantly, someone who has a passion for the industry.
