Susan Hannums

As Head of Content for TPO I’m responsible for the creation and editorial oversight for all the content that is published across the full range of digital channels, including: the website, webinars and social media. Working with advisers, the investment team and the wider marketing team, it’s my job to try and ensure all content is easy to understand and where possible jargon-free.  

I’m also one of the co-founders of Savings Champion, TPO’s sister company that offers market leading savings information and advice.  

 I’ve worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years in various different roles; from research to PR at a leading Independent Financial Advisory firm, working for a high street bank within their public relations department in the City, to then eventually setting up Savings Champion with Anna Bowes. I have been the proud recipient of multiple Headline Money & PR Week awards (2005-2010) for my work as a Press Officer and been cited in a wide range of the online financial press, including: bbc.co.uk business news, the guardian.co.uk, thisismoney.co.uk and telegraph.co.uk
