TPO announces Mark Lewis as Non-Executive Chairman 

Further to the minority investment from Goldman Sachs Alternatives in January 2026, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed Mark Lewis as Non-Executive Chairman to support the next phase of the growth and development of the business. 

Mark brings significant board leadership experience across listed and private equity backed organisations, delivering a consistent track record of driving consumer-led, data-driven growth within regulated environments. He has performed FTSE 250 Chief Executive Officer roles and more recently portfolio Chair and Non-Executive Director positions.

His career spans marketplace platforms (eBay, Moneysupermarket Group), retail transformation (John Lewis) in both listed and private equity-backed governance roles.  

As CEO of Moneysupermarket Group, the business delivered revenue and profit growth, increasing revenue to £388m and profit to £116m while returning significant capital to shareholders and executing a number of strategic acquisitions. 

Mark currently serves as Chair of Lamproperty Group, a private equity backed, founder-led property technology business, and as a Non-Executive Director of Sambla Group, backed by Nordic Capital. He sits on the board of Santander UK, where he chairs the Remuneration Committee.

About Mark Lewis

Mark's executive background is anchored by his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Moneysupermarket Group, a FTSE 250 business operating  in regulated marketplaces across financial services and home services. During his time as CEO, the business delivered revenue and profit growth, returned significant capital to shareholders and executed a strategic acquisition to expand into B2B services. His experience combines growth delivery, operational discipline and capital allocation maturity.  

Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director of eBay UK, leading turnaround and growth initiatives within a significant European P&L, and held board-level responsibility for retail operations at John Lewis. He also led Collect+ from start-up phase to profitability and eventual exit. Collectively, this experience demonstrates leadership at scale, exposure to public market scrutiny and comfort managing commercial  complexity.  

His portfolio includes:
